The youth in our community, our very most valuable
resource, are having a tough time adjusting, coping,
progressing, succeeding and even surviving every day
due to a variety of factors including low self-esteem,
gangs, senseless violence, drugs and alcohol, teen
pregnancy, poor academics, no job skills and a lack of
positive direction and role models. While all of us are
susceptible to hard times and have some difficulty
coping, children are at the most risk, which is why we
proudly serve them.
Would you like to help us make a difference? We need people like you to donate time,
energy, and experience in a variety of areas, including tutoring, mentoring, workshop
facilitating, fundraising, administration, individual transportation, and more.
Together, we will be able to help many of these young people not only to meet essential
daily needs, but to work toward a brighter future with programs in violence prevention,
teen pregnancy prevention, leadership training, job training, education, college and career
planning, counseling, and more. Our volunteers say they feel rewarded many times over for
the help they provide in making a difference in the lives of others.
Please call us today at (909) 881-3382 to find out more about how you can help, or
download our Volunteer Application (MS Word) and fax it to (909) 881-3385 or mail it or
walk it in to 1616 North D Street, San Bernardino, CA 92405.
Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you!
